Officers responded to a report of ShotSpotter activity in an East Oakland neighborhood. When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound, and learned multiple rounds had been fired in a drive-by shooting just before. The man was taken to a hospital, and his condition was not immediately available Sunday evening.
