A man from Helenvale has much to be grateful for after first responders came to his aid within minutes after he was wounded in the neck. “It is important to emphasise that Shotspotter, first installed as a pilot project in 2016 and now a permanent fixture since 1 December, helps our first responders to serve the community better and can ultimately save lives.” John Best, Member of the Mayoral Committee for Safety and Security said.
