ShotSpotter Flex Update for Extremely High Volume Periods (e.g. New Year’s Eve)
- Release Date: December 28, 2012
- Upgrade Window: December 28, 2012
This minor maintenance release of the ShotSpotter Flex software improves performance during periods of extremely high incident volume, such as those experienced on the upcoming New Year’s Eve holiday and US Independence Day (July 4th). The release also addresses an issue in which spurious beat or district information was sometimes displayed for incidents which were not located in a beat or district (i.e., where the beat or district should have been blank).
