Release 2013.1.1.29201 is a minor release with no customer-visible changes. It permits users to use the same user name and password they currently use to log in to the recently release ShotSpotter Briefing Room gunfire crime analysis product and provides a number of stability improvements to release 2013.1. (The previous version number was 2013.1.1.29201).
Automatic Upgrade Notification
All customers will automatically update to this release. No activity by IT or individual users is required. Your ShotSpotter consoles will notify you automatically when the upgrade is available:
When this message is displayed, you just need to close the window and relaunch the software again. The upgrade process is automatic and otherwise transparent. The new version number will be displayed in the lower right-hand corner of the console. After today’s Zero Downtime upgrade, the version number will read 2013.1.1.29201.
