Hotfix Description

This hotfix fixes an issue found in release 2011.2.1 in which incidents were properly located and stored by the ShotSpotter LocServer, and were available to users of the Incidents & Reports Portal, but were not alerted to some users of the field alert (mobile) profile of the Alert Console.

Hotfix Window

The hotfix will be applied on a zero-day basis, at 1230 PST on 6 January 2012. It should not be necessary to restart client software consoles after the fix is applied. SST Customer Support will notify customers when the hotfix has been completed and the window is closed.
