Chief Ron Teachman’ s law enforcement career spans more than 35 years beginning at the New Bedford Police Department and is currently South Bend Chief of Police, where he has successfully implemented a number of cutting edge platforms to address violent crime.

Panelist: Terry Nichols - Assistant Director Advanced Law Enforcement, Rapid Response Training Center (ALERRT), San Marcos, TX. Terry Nichols is a 21 year veteran of the San Marcos Texas Police Department and founding member of the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training Center (ALERRT) at Texas State University where he oversees the delivery of more than 200 active shooter training events annually.
