ShotSpotter Customer Support

ShotSpotter maintains a "World-class" Customer Experience Program (CEP) which is comprised of two expert teams, Customer Solutions and Account Management. Together, they work with each customer to provide a unified response to a variety of customer needs.

The Customer Solutions Team is ready to answer your technical support and equipment service questions. The Account Management Team works with the Customer Solutions Team to plan, tailor, and optimize the ShotSpotter Gunshot Location System to address each of our client-specific location and security concerns. The teams work with ShotSpotter customers to diligently address the following types of needs and/or situations:

  • Provision of expert witness or testimony
  • Customer training needs and system updates
  • System status information
  • Data Analysis reports and questions
  • Data backup requests
  • Restoration of service interruptions
  • Provision of incident reports or incident details
  • Special product feature requests
